Loving Yourself More!
The last two weeks I've been away visiting with family - a death in my husband's family and a wedding in mine. When we get together with family, we can easily fall into old patterns of behavior. Spending time with your family can really raise your awareness of how much you are loving (or not loving) yourself.
So to further our work in loving ourselves more, I am sharing a Christ Code with you that will shoot love directly into the cells of your body: Iqs, Lun, Vix. (Sounds out with short vowels as iks, lun, vix.)
So now every time you face yourself in front of the mirror, instead of saying I love you, speak the mantra instead. Let me know how it's working for you and what changes you've noticed since you started using it.
