NEC is not a program; it is a threshold event for those actively stewarding creation‑level work.

Where the Dragonheart Becomes a Living Field

The Dragonheart Light Council is a ceremonial, invitation‑only event for those operating at the higher thresholds of field governance, lineage memory, and architectural stewardship. It convenes only when the field conditions require it. The Council is not instructional; it is a governance‑level chamber where participants engage in field‑level correction, alignment, and oversight.
